Antique English 1900s George Mudge Oak Wall Clock 420 Edgware Road
DESCRIPTION
Antique 12" dial English oak cased dial clock. Made by George Mudge at 430 Edgeware road, London, this classic working dial clock dates from around 1900-1910. The metal dial is painted a light cream color, has the name and address of the makers as well as roman numerals. George Mudge was a jewelry who resided at this address from the 1880's, perhaps this was a clock retailed by him or the store clock. The winding key and dial are included with this piece which came form a distinguished clock collection in Pasadena, California recently.
