DESCRIPTION

This rare and early piece of horse racing memorabilia is a red enameled solid silver British "Bookmakers Protection Association" badge /shield for Alf Lowe, hallmarked Birmingham 1928 makers mark V&S for Vaughton & Sons.

A fabulous unique piece of horse racing memorabilia which rarely come up for sale, these are usually kept within the family.

MEASUREMENTS

British Silver BPA Badge measures 4“ long by 3.25“ wide and weighs 4oz.
