DESCRIPTION

First Ed Vintage WCTU Glimpses of Fifty Years by Frances Willard. This copy was the property of Helen M Stoddard at the First Womens Christian Temperance Union. Helen M Stoddard was an important lobbyist and WCTU advocate in the 1870's up until she retired in 1907 due to ill health, she lived out her days in southern California until her death in 1941.
