Miniature Portrait Painting by Enoch Fairhurst (1874- 1945)
Original oil on celluloid miniature portrait painting. Painted by Enoch Fairhurst, (1874-1945) sometime in the late 1910's, early 1920's this striking miniature portrait is of Mrs Mary Sharpe, wearing a blue coat with fur collar.
Mrs Sharpe was born Mary Ann Freeman in Haverhill, Suffolk in 1848 and died at Ferring in Sussex in 1930.

MEASUREMENTS
Antique oil on celluloid measures 4.75" tall by 3.75" wide.
Frame measures 7" tall by 5.5" wide and weighs less than 1 lb.
CONDITION
In good used condition with some signs of use commensurate with age (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description). The decorative brass frame is missing two of the lugs at the back which secure the picture in place, hence the tape at the back which was in situ when it was purchased.
