DESCRIPTION

Vintage US Navy Bureau of Aeronautics military equipment. Mark VI training device with original ebonized case lined in green velour and bearing label identifying it as device No. 16-C-23 and manufactured by J.H. Keeney & Co. of Chicago, Ill. Interior with stick labeled Special Devices Division/U.S.N. Bureau of Aeronautics. This piece retains its original key and carrying handle along with a sheet of ships from the same department.
