Antique Lineol American Red Cross WW1 Military Soldiers
Vintage German made composite military figures. Made by the Lineol company in Germany in the 1920's this ensemble depicts a WW1 American first aid station consisting of two tents with 5 figures and a team of horses and covered wagon. All pieces are made in Germany except for the soldier on a stretcher which is made in Austria. This is a rare grouping that is in good condition considering their age, especially with the tents which rarely ever survive. There is amazing attention to detail especially on the two figures of wounded soldiers.
