Vintage Art Deco cine cameras produced in 1928 by the Bell & Howell Co of Chicago, USA. This vintage Filmo cine camera is beautifully detailed on the leather cover in the stunning and rare silver birch finish and is the field model. Included with it are the original leather case, manual, original guarantee sheet, cleaning brush, a 3ft portrait lens for close ups and inspection document. The case retains its original leather carrying strap and the green velvet interior is pristine.

The lens on the camera is a 20mm f3.5 made by Taylor & Hobson.

The beautiful Filmo 75 field model is a 16mm movie camera was originally intended for amateur use, but the quality of its construction made Bell & Howell the studio choice for Hollywood during the period.

Vintage camera measures 9.5" long by 5" wide by 1.75" deep and the box measures 9.75" wide by 7" tall by 3.5" deep and all weigh 5lb 10oz

CONDITION

In good working condition with signs of use commensurate with age - the mechanics seem to work well (please see all pictures as they form part of the condition description).
