Original Signed Chaim Kanner Photograph ~ NY 1987
Vintage original silver gelatin print made by Chaim Kanner of a child being carried by a parent through a crowd. The main body of the image consists of black and grey clothed bodies moving away from the camera which contrasts starkly with the phenomenal image of the carefree child being held sideways and engaging the camera. This truly is a moment in time encapsulated in a classic shot. Simply framed and matted in a period frame this piece is stamped on the inside reverse with the artists name, rights reserved and telephone number.
